Marathon Training
Running is one of the purest exercises known to man. However, it is very physically demanding on your body. We want to make sure our marathoners, triathloners, spartans, and color runners are completely prepared for their events. In preparation for your big race, our team takes a closer look into stride analysis, pelvic movement, knee stability and ankle pronation/supination. This ensures your stride is corrected and excess pressure is not placed into other areas of the body, which will greatly decreasing your chance of injury. By progressing towards a bio-mechanically sound stride, you will be pushed faster towards peak performance.
